AUCKLAND, Nov. 6. An outbreak of flre, deseribed by tlu1 niaster of the ship as slight, occurred in No. 3 liold of the British eteamer Har ?)agon which will arrive at Auchlaiin early tomorrow morning from Portland, Jregon, with a full cai'go of coal fo. the _ New Zealand railways. • First advice of the outbreak was received in Auckland on Wednesday night when a wireless message stated the flre wa" mder control. A further radio received today said it was believed the outbreak h^d been extinguished. The messgge did not indicate whether the fire had occurred iii the coal c&rgo or in the bunker coal.
