In Pebruary the price of eggs was increasecl bv 4d a dozen in the South Island and by 2d in the Xorth Island. McGlinchy, chairman of the Xew Zealand Poultry Board, who was iidvised by the Stabilisatioff Comniission todny of the increases. "The increase per dozen barely covers the increased feed cust let alone the labour cost. ' ' Mr. McClinchy said that the Stabilisation Commission would advise the Price I'ribunal of its decisiou and tne new prices would take elfect when the I'ribunal issued a new price order.
