The resolution, which was a comhination of the origiiial Australian, Prench and Canadian proposals, was endorsed last week hy the Politieai Coramittee. The Assembly, in less than a minute, has disposed of the warmongering issue which oaused suoh prolonged, vindicative and at tiines malicious exclianges in the committee. It was the most bitter Russian- American fight of the present session.
