CYCLONE STRIKES CAROLINES
Received Tuesday, 10.15 a.m. HONOLULU, Nov. 3. The United States Navy has reported that a typhoon struck Yep Island, in the Carolines group, early today, causing damage. The number of casualties is unknown. The Navy has sent two seaplanes from the Marianne Islands to investigate.
