Hack Cup Goes To The Stormovik

The Rangitikei Racing Club's Spring meeting was held in fine thougli cold weather and the course, following rain earlier in the week, was in really splendid order. The attendance was large and the totalisator handled £38,836 10s, compared with, £42,533 last year, the decrease in the tnrnover being £3696 10s. The feature race of the' day was that for the Rangitikei Cup and the winner was the Otaki- trained gelding, Master Raymond, which, last year, • won at Bulls and'paid a seiisational dividend. Master Raymond 's , cup dividend was oue of the best of the day.
