WELLINGTON, Nov. 2. The New Zealand Miniature Rifle Association 's provincial teams' mateh was won this year by Wairarapa with 3927 out of a possible of 4000. Eieven teams entered, eiglit from the North Island and three from the South. Only two possible's (201Tp were recorded by R. Cunningham and G. FarJey, both or Christchurch. Those to score 199 were G. Sadler, B. Williams, H. Russell and H. Iv. Smith (Wairarapa), R. Tavlor (Christchurch), N. P. Cress and " M. Coleman (Wellington), R. H. Nichon (Hutt Yalley), S. L. Luxford and G. Kilgour (Hawke's Bav), S. Fowler and H. Fowler (Wanganui), W. Oaklev, junr. (Malvern), L. S. Polglase (Pahiatua) and S. Bates (North Taranaki). Tlie team scores were: Wairarapa 3927, Christchurch 3914, Wellington 3908, Butt ValJey 3902, Hawke's Bav 3899, Wanganui 388(5, (Malvern 3864, Pahiatua 3864, Horowhenua '3838, North Taranaki 3817. The Nelson team did not return cards.
