CONSERVATIVES CALL ON GOVERNMENT TO RESIGN.
Received Monday, 12.47 a.m. LONDON, November 2. The British Conservative Party has called on the Labour Government to resign and submit to a new parliamentary election following the municipal vote which showed a net gain of 680 seats by the parties of the Right at the expense of Labour and Communists.
