NO EXTRADITION APPLICATION
Received Thursday, 9.15 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 22. The Colonial Office told Reuter that until the Palestine Government made a formal application to extradite Major Farran Britain would take no action. Major Farran's father said he had heard from his son, but had not seen him and did not know where he was. '
