FATAL TRACTOR ACCIDENT
DANNEVIRKE, Oct. 23. Whlle driving a tra'ctor at waiaruhe, near Dannevirke, yesterday afternoon, Herbert Beatson, 32, single, son of Mr. and Mrs. George G. Beatson, of Maharahara, fell in 1'ront of an agriculturai roller being towed by the tractor. He sustained a fractured leg and thigh, and a crushed abdomen and chest, and died in hospital this morning,
