U.S. AID FOR FRANCE
Received Thursday, 9.50 a.m. PARIS, Oct. 15. The French Foreign Minister, M. Bidault, reporting to Cabinet on his visit to Washington, assured the Ministers that the provisional interim aid grants by the United States would be sufficient to keep French industry going until the Marshall aid to Europe plan began.
