Mr. Louis Bndenz, former editor of the Communist Daily Worker, said in an interview that the new international was desigrned to further the ' ' ereeping blitzkreig" ag'ainst countries in Europe and Asia and to consolidate the strength of the Soviet dictators for a possible military conflict ag'ainst the United States. "Russia is now only waging a war of nerves against this nation but the new international 's purpose is to strengthen the Communi'sts' position in Europe and Asia by adding more satellites until Russia is in a position economically and militarily to challenge United States. The declaration published in Pravda is open to admission that United States and Russia are enemies." Mr. Budehz, who left the Communist Party and embraced the Catholic faith, is now economics professor at Fordham University.
