TEN KILLED ON ROADS IN SEPTEMBER
WELLINGTON, Oct. 3. " Ten people were kill.ed in traflric •.ccidents during Septe'mber, said the brmnissioner of Transport (Mr. G. L. jaurenson) in a statement to the press. * fhis compares with 11 deaths on the "oads in September last year. Six of the 10 accidents in September occurred during the hours of darkuess, pointing again to the need for ■ xtra care at night.
