JUNIOR CRICKET CONTEST
OTAKI TO ENTER A TEAM Support for the Horowhenua Cricket Association in making its junior competiton this year a success has been pledged by the OtakiClub. Grounds are available for games and the teams will consist' of players not required in the senior team and school boys. The Latter will not find the game beyond their capabilities. , The club, with the much appreciated assistance of the Otaki Borough Council in the relaying of the turf, should have a good wicket for the season. To carry out further preparations a working bee will be held on Saturday next at 2 p.m., and the club invites all players -and intending juniors to be present. __
