SERUM AS TREATMENT OF INFANTILE PARALYSIS
IIAMBURG, Sept. 26. Dr. Oldhausen, a Schleswig Holstein physician, is developing a serirni for treating infantile paralysis in its early stages, says the G-erman News Agency in the British zone. Dr. Oldhausen said he had already given 300 injections and within a short time the disease was overcome and no permanent paralysis remained with the patients so f ar treated. The Hamhurg authorities decided on a quicker way of producing the serum hecause of the spread of the disease in Germany.
