PERSIAN PREMIER WALKS OUT OF PARLIAMENT

Received Monday, 10.15 a.m. TEHERAN, Sept. 28. The Prime Minister, M. Sultaneh, walked out of Parliament followed by a number of deputies when an Azerbaijan deputy, Naoni Ahari, said that Persia would never accept an oil agreement with Russia. Naoni Ahari proposed the formation of a commission to investigate M. Sultaneh's activities, adding that he had evidence to prove that the Government had misused money. The Opposition also demanded the formaiion of a 100 per cent. Persian oil company for the exploitation of the country's oil resources.
