BRITISH TRAVEL BAN WILL NOT BE IMPOSED
Received Saturtlay,' 9.15 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 26. The Treasury" has announced that the ban on travellirig overseas in non-British ships and aircraft, which was to have been imposed on October 1, has been withdrawn irrespecttve of the ob.ject of the journey, but the Treasury again urges all citizens to refrain from unnecessary travel abroad during ihe erisis. Foreign exchange for use out:ide the sterling area will not be issued except' for approved purloses.
