MISSING PREMIER TURNS UP IN GERMANY

Received Sunday, 8.50 p.m. LOXDOX, Sept. 13. Dr. Rudolf Paul, Prime Minister of Thuringia in the Russian zone, whom the Russian poliee have been hunting, since he disappeared on September 1, reached the United States zone after crossing the border on foot by night. The Americans granted him police protection. Paul's ear was found abandoned on the Russian side of the western border four days after he disappeared.
