EIGHT BRIDESMAIDS FOR THE ROYAL WEDDING
I^ONDON, Sept. lr. Buckingham Palace announces that Princess Elizabeth at her vvedding wm be attended by eight bridesmaids, Princess Margaret, Princess Alexandra of Ivent, Lady Caroline Montagu Douglas Scott, Lady Mary Cambridge., Lady Elizabeth Lambart, the Honourable Pamela Mountbatten, the Honourable Margaret Elphinston, Miss, Dianu Bowes-Lyon, and by two pages, Prince VVilliam of Gloucester and Prince Michael of Kent. The announcement adds that the material for the wedding dress is being woven by Winterarthur .Silks, Limited, of _ Dunfermline. The material for the bridesmaids ' dresses is being done by Messrs W. B. Smith and Company, oi Xottingham, for the going away costume by M. Coudurier, Fractus and Descher, of Lyons, and by Messrs Blin and Blin, Limited, of Barnoldswick, Yorkshire. ^ ,1 X i _ -
