CHOLERA STRIKES PUNJAB
NEW DELHI, Sept. 12. Cholera .has broken. out in the refugee camps in the Punjab. More than 400 cases have been reported from Moslem camps at Ivasur, south of Lahore, and others from camps.; in and around Lahore,. The mart'ality is about 10 per cent. Tlie Times' correspondent says that although it had been generally expected, this is grim news with oiie of the biggest migrations in history still in the early stagps.
