Received Tuesday, 7.40 p.m. MELBOURNE, Sept. 9. Another depression in the English , speaking countries could he caused only hy fear and they had nothing to fear but fear itself, said the United States Amhassador, Mr. Rohert Butler, at a luncheon given him today hy the English Speaking Union. "The demand from the vast markets of the world c.annot be filled for another ten years," he said. "The English speaking countries can have these markets hut we must make up our minds that strikes are out and that production if the watchword from now on."
