MR. MCNEIL'S VISIT TO N.Z. CANCELLED
WELLINGTON, Sept. 10. The offi.ee of the United Kingdom High Commissioner today confirmed the report that Mr. Hector McNeil, British Minister of State, who has been attending the Canberra talks, has cancelled his New Zealand visit. Mrs. McNeil, however, will arrive in Auckland from^Sydney next week and after a week's stay will join the Rimutaka for London. . Details of the tour of Lord and Lady Addison, who are arriving at Wellington on September 20, are being arranged,
