EXPLOSION IN ARSENAL KILLS TWENTY

Received Monday, 10.30 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 7. It is officiqlly estimated that 20 were killed and 34 injured last night when two powder magazines exploded at an arsenal near Alcala de Henares, 21 milea north-east of Madrid, says the Associated Presi eorrespondent. Eleven soldiers anc. civilians are known to be dead and it is feared that at least anothei eight soldiers guarding the arsenal are buried in the wreckage.
