Received Monday, 9.45 a.m. NEW YORK, Sept. 7. The United States Navy will send another expedition to the Antarctic during' the Antipodean summer, but without the fanfare accompanying the last project, says the World Telegram's Washington correspondent. Reporters will not be invited. All news will be handled by naval officers.
