SHOPKEEPERS AGPvEE WITH COUNCIL'S ACTION The recent action of the Borough Council in enforcing the Dog Registration Act, with regard to the stray dog nuisance, has earned rt the full support of Levin shopkeepers. Some expressed the Opinion that this action should have come sooner, hut it was generally agreed that the problem of stray dogs in the town had increased of late. "I heartily agfee with the Borough Council taking these steps," stated one proprietor.
