SCOUTS AND CUBS TO HOLD MONSTER RALLY

Scouts from all over Wellington and as far north as Otaki will be combming with their younger brothers — the Cubs — to present displays of Scout and Cub wcik at Newtown Park, Wellington, on Saturday. The main features of the rally, which will be attended by the Governor-General, Sir Bernard Freyberg, will be a model standing camp — the type of camp the New Zealand contingent occupied at Moisson, at the World Jamboree— a long-chopping contest, bridge tyfilding, ambulance /work, fire fighting and a spectacular pageant, "The Pied Piper of Hamelin."
