LOXDOX, Sept. 3. Delegates attending the T.U.C. Congress learned with dismay of the sudden extension of the Yorkshire coal stoppage which has been in the background of all congress debates. While not admitting that the situation lias got beyond control, some delegates weie inclined to bhune underground "wreckers" for the extension. The strike begau Avhen the Grimethorpe men refused to work an extra two-foot stint of coalface but now the miners are bringing up otlier grievances. The full delegation of the Xational Union of Mineworkers lias Tieen holdiny private meetings during the past fevv days and is expected to place on record soon its strong condemnation of the unotlicial strikes.
