MODEL OF NEW CHURCH TO BE DISPLAYED

ST. MARY'S FLOWER SHOW Realistic appearance, correct to the smallest detail and perfectly finished in design, a model of the proposed Anglican Church has been made by the boys of Levin Traihing Centre. With only an artist's sketch and a ground plan of the church to work on, the boys have spent months perfecting the model. It is finished in simulated concrete and set in green lawn. This model will be one of the many items of interest on display at the Jubilee Flower Show on Tuesday. Individual displays by local florists will be an added attraction at this function. The show will be opened by Canon H. E. K. Fry, Otaki. Another exhibit will be some beautiful tapestry pieces, lent for the occasion by the Rev. J. and. Mrs. ■ Morland.- Opening at 1.30 p.m., the show is being held under the auspices of the St. Mary's Anglican Guild. The guild will have a produce stall and will also serve afternoon tea.
