Clubs and restaurants Which in one way or another, afe a shield foi Jjottle parties and extensive saies ot black market liquor, are to be one ot the targets. Another will be illegaj slaughterhouses vhere cattle are killed and sold to restaurants buying on the black market. Officials of the Board ot Trade and Ministry of Foods eiiforcement service, have already conferrec with the police officers and drawn uj plans for raids and other measures de signed to reduce black market activities. The Ministry of Food is anxious to stop the growing traffic in poultrj and black market meat before the reduced rations come into force.
