The men will vote on a recommendation from the Tramway Unior executive that a stopwork meeting be held unless the rosters for the five-daj week are in operation by September 21, The men's decision may mean that s complete tie-up of trams could be continued indefinitely. The decision tc take a ballot was made at a speeia: meeting today at which it was stated that hopes were entertained of State Government intervention.
