S. WITHDRAWAL FROM ITALY
Received Tuesday, 10.30 a.m. ROME, Sept. 1. An Italian Foreign Ministry spokesman said that an agreement with the United States on the withdrawal of the Ameriean troops from Italy, ninety days after the peace treaty becomes effective, would be signed in Rome this week.
