Received Friday, 10.30 a.m. NUREMBERG, Aug. 28. Defence counsel, in the war erimes trial of 24 officials of the I. G. Farben chemical combine, who ire charged with major responsibility for the second world war, objected against the prosecution reading passages from'Mein Kampf m the ground that the hook was written in 1925 when Hitler was a private person. The court overruled the objection, adding that the value of the book as evidence had not yet been iscertained. The defence could raise the question again if the trial showed that the case had nothing to do with the book.
