BRITISH MAJOR ARRESTED
Received Wednesday, 10.30 a.m. RANGOON, Aug. 26. The police said that they have arrested imder the Peace Preservation Act Major C. H. Young, of a British Army unit. Th police said chat Major Young had connections with U. Saw, the former Premier who has been detained in connection with the assassination of the Burmese Ministers on July 19.
