Received Monday, 10.45 a.m. JERUSALEM, Aug. 24. • The Jewish Agpncy executive has sent telegrams to all members qf the United Nations, except Britain and the Arab countries,- profcestiijg against the transporting of the 4500 Jewish refugees from Port de Bouc to Germany. The telegrams stated: "We implore you other United Nations members to intervene and prevent .this crime against weak anB helpV less men, women and children only anxious to secure their freedom and fimdamental human rights. We are confident that the entire civilised world joins the Jewish people in the horror of this vindictive action, which is illegal because of Britain's obligation under international law to facilitate Jewish imigration to Palestine and inhuman and immoral because of the circumstances under which Germany is' the graveyard of so many million Jews."
