WELLINGTON, Aug. 21. The Prime Minister, Mr. Fraser, will leave Wellington by the Limited express tomorrow niglit for Auckland, on his way to 'attend the preliminary British Commonwealth talks commencing on August 25 in Canberra on tho Japanese peace treaty. Mr. Fraser and party will leave Auckland by Tasman Empire Airways flying-boat oa Suaday
morning. Mr. Fraser will be ac.companied by the secretary of External Affairs, Mr. A. D. Mclntosh, the"Nerw Zealand representative on the Fai Eastern Commission, Mr. G. R. Powles, and other officials, including Miss ii. Jordan, private secretary to the Prime Minister. The duration of the eonference is not known, but the Prime Minister expects to be absent from New Zealand for about ten day§.
