In these circumstances the suggestioii that £7,(J(JU,0()y is to be appropriated this year to provide finance to establish the industrv^can complete ly be disreganled. It is kuown, liowever, the represenlatives of Walms leys, a British company which has in stalled its paper-making niachinery in some ot' the biggest paper mills in the world, liave alrea'ly had discussions with the Governnient.
