PLOT TO DISPOSE PRESIDENT OF PARAGUAY
Received Friday, 10 a.m. BEUNOS AIRES,- Aug. 14. Border dispatches have reported that the Paraguayan Government had uncovered a plot to depose President Morinigo and negotiate peace with* the rebel party. The newspaper Noticias Grafioas, in a story from the frontier, stated that General Emilio de Vivar, the Paraguayan chief of staff, has been arrested and one of his aides kiiled. President Morinigo's • Asuncion home is -reported to have been burned.
