Received Thursday, 10.30 a,m. LAHORE, Aug. 13. A message states that unidentified persons stabbed ninepeople in a railway workshops today, killing seven and wounding two. A Moslem mob killed 25 . Hindus and Sikhs and wound-i ed several others in a concerted attack- between midnight and dawn today, and sine-e then there have been twenty stabbing fatalities, ^including six Moslems. Fires both large and small are raging at several points in Lahore. Meanwhile, a communique from the headquarters of Gen-. eral Rees, commanding the newly-created Punjab boundary force, stated that troops had intercepted, partieularly in the Amritsar district, gangs of both communities who were on the warpath. The boundary force impartially infiicted casualties on any gangs it had been able to contact, and would continue to do so.
