OTAKI RAILWAY CLUB The Otaki Railway Bowling Club's green is in good condition, and with favourable weather the club will open its season on September 6 fdr club play only. Thegreen will be open for tournaments on September 27. t A conference between representatives of the club and members of the Railway Ladies' Club will be held shortly to arrange on which days play will be allowed. The ladies' club is likely to be very strong this season, many new members having signified their intention of joining. The Otaki Club will hold a meeting on Thursday to discuss the suggested opening of the green once monthly for Sunday tournaments.
