Received Sundav, 9.50 p.m. PARIS, August 10. Thieves broke into the thirteenth century Chartres Cathedral and stole a priceless s'olid gold chain necklace from the statue of the Virgin. The thieves also stole from a crvpt a heart in gold encrusted with brilliants, a lilv in gbld mounted On ivoryT" and a nuniber of valuable Erench m^lals.
