Foxton And Wanderers Are Now Even
The third series of games in the Nash Cup rugby competition was played on Saturday by Horowhenua senior teams. Foxton defeated. Wanderers and these two teams are now even with two wms each. Athletic and QtaKi-Rahui also secured wins over Shannon and Hui Mai respectively. The result in the various grades were as follows; — Seniors Foxton 10, Wanderers 8. Alhletic 16, Shannon 6. Otaki-Rahui 26, Hui Mai 6. Northern Juniors Tokomaru 0, Foxton 0, Awahau 6, Shannon 0. Athletic 33, Punahau 8. Southern Juniors Hui Mai 18, Rahui 18. Waikanae 6, Paraparaumu 3. Third Qrade Qld Boys 14, Foxton 0. Rahui 12, Athletic 11. Fourth Grade Paraparaumu 6, College 3. Foxton 11, Old Boys 3. Shannon 14, Otaki 6.
