Received Sunday, 7 p.m. NEW YORK, Aug. 3. The United Nations .has announced that Faris el Khouii (Syria), president of the Security Council, has seni a cease fire order to the Indonesian Republic. The communication was radioed through the Netheriands Ambassador at Washington, Dr. van Kieffens. The Security Council decided on Friday night to give the order. The vote was eight for and none against, with Belgium, France, and Britain abSLaining.
