WELLINGTON, August 1. A special meeting of the Wellington District Committee today decicled to disqiialify A. D. R. Duncan, of Wellington, for life, as the result of an incjuiry into the running of a race at the Wairarapa Racing Cluh's meeting last Baster. The decision was reaehed after two adjournments. The charge was laid under Eule 338 (1) (A).
