Estates to the value of £694,854 were reported and - accepted /for administration by the Public Trustee during the month of June, 1947. The total value of estates and funds urider administration by the Public Trustee on March 31, 1947, was £66,833,004 and the new business for the three months ended June 30 was £1,848,446. Grants of administration made by the court in favour of'the Public Trustee numbered 136 for the montli. During the month 551 new \vills appointing the Public Trustee executor were prepared on behalf of testators and lodged for safe custody, and 490 existing wills were revised to provide for changes desired by testators. The total number of wills now held in the Public Trust Office on behalf of living persons is 136,956.
