NEXT AUCKLAND CUP STAKE TO BE £10,000
AUCKLAND, July 27. The Auckland Racing Club has decided that the stake for the Auckland Cup to be run at Ellerslie on Boxing Day shall be £10,000 with a gold cup valued at £100. In addition £250 will be awarded to the trainer of the winner.
