Held on Saturday at Marton in brilliant sunshine' the Rangitikei Hunt Club's steeplechase meeting proved highly successful. There was a large attendahce and the totalisator handled £42,193 10s as against £28,642 at. last year's meeting, an increase of . £13,551 10s. -- The track was in excellent winter order.
