ELDERLY MAN KILLED
* — CHRISTCHURCH, July 27. An elderly nian was killed when he was struck by a motor truclc in Rangiora early last evening. He was Daniel James Fergusson, single, aged 66, of Ashley Road, Rangiora. Mr. F«rgnsson, who was deaf, was killed ipstantly. The truck was driven by John Alexander Gordon Fulton, aged 21, of Okuku Pass.
