WELLINGTON, July 23. An innovation. for New Zcaland in the transport of bullc niilk, is to begm early next year when part of Wdiiuglon's milk supply will be brou^ht frcin the country by tank wagons. The general-manager of the Wellington City Corporation Milk Department, Mr. E. L. Bcnsemau, said today that the syslem liad been operating iucccss fully for some ycars in purts of Avstralia.
