Regulatious goveruing wartime marriages betweeu parties of different domicile, are translated, into legislation by the Matrimo.nial Causes (War M.dT' riages) Bill which was introduced bv teave in the House of Representatives today. It was read a second time "pfo" forma and referred to. the statutes revision coiumittee. Mr. H. G. R. Mason, Minister of Justice, said the necessity for the Bill aro.se from the fact that in wartime marriages were eontraeted by parties belonging to different eormtries. In cases of separatiou or divorce there a?ose the questiqn of jurisdictioq.
