Received Wednesday, 10.45' a.m. BATAVIA, July 22. Jogjakarta radio stated Probolinggo, one of East Java's biggest ports, was invaded today by Dutch amphibious troops. Fighting is going on in the town. , Fierce fighting was raging this morning on the roads iieading from Bandung ahd Buitenzorg towards Sukabumi, West Java, the radio added, and large quantities of rubber and other estate products had been set ablaze.

Tne radio said tnat oeraran, a srnall town soutn of Semarang, was attacked today. On the west sector of the Semarang front the Republicans launched a counter-attaek. The radio also said that one Dutch plane was shot down at Pandaan, near Malang. An Indonesian Army communique stated that one Dutch plane was shot down during an air raid on Boedang Doemedang, Western Java. Dutch forces today drove to Krawang, about 60 miles east of Batavia. In Central Java a battle occurred at Sslatiga, about 50 miles south of Semarang, where the Dutch ' are using armoured cars. Dutch aircraft this afternoon bombed Maospati airfield. In Eastern Java the enemy is driving on Malang.
