WELLINGTON, July 7. The North "Tsland exceeded its allocation of electrie power last week. The allocation was 30,245,000 units and ■ consumption 30,430,000, the difference not being enough to have serious consequences. Lakes Taupo and Waikaremoana have risen slightly during the week buf Taupo has had only .02 inches of rain. Waikaremoana had 4.98 inches.' With. only .05 at Mangahao the position there has deteriorated and storage is only partially full. •
